Alzheimer's disease and dementia care Seminar (ADDC)

This one day ADDC Seminar is required for those interested in pursuing Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification. 


Completing the ADDC Seminar and becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner represents a willingness by each professional to develop an understanding of comprehensive person-centered dementia care. 

National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP)

Attending the Alzheimer's disease and Dementia Care Seminar through BeYond the Bend can lead to Certification as a Dementia Practitioner(CDP) through the National Council  of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP).

Becoming a Certified (CDP® Certified Dementia Practitioner®) states that you have taken your profession to the next level. It states clearly that you are educated in the field of Dementia. Certification standards require education, experience, and continuing education.
